Fruit juices, cereals, grapefruit segments, yoghurt, and fresh fruit

 

Followed by a choice of  any of the following:

 

Porridge

Full English breakfast - bacon, sausage, eggs, tomato, mushrooms, black pudding

Poached, boiled or scrambled eggs

Baked beans

Smoked Kippers

Tea or coffee

White or brown toast

A selection of preserves including marmalade, jam and honey

 

Wherever possible we use locally sourced food, including free range eggs, Bury black pudding, bacon and sausages from our family butcher, homemade preserves and when available locally produced Hawkshaw honey.
